Back of the Building
TCMC Parking Guidelines
We have a limited number of parking spaces in the back of the building behind the gate (including two covered spaces and a van-accessible handicapped parking space), and three parking spaces in front of the building.
We enter the building through the back door where there is a handicapped access ramp.
Just be careful not to park in our neighbor's yard adjacent south. It looks like a vacant lot, but it's not.
Monsoon Parking
If there is a flash flood warning in effect or a chance of heavy thunderstorms, please avoid parking on Howard Blvd. due to flooding potential. It is recommended that you park in our parking lot, or around the corner to the north on Bellevue Street.
Please feel free to park anywhere on the street as long as you do not block someone's driveway! There is ample street parking.
